Thank you for your interest in our services.  The first step in getting started is to schedule a consultation to discuss the details of your design(s).  During the consultation, we will review inspirational photos to identify your look and personal style.  To ensure mutual understanding, photos are best; however, we also offer sketching services at an additional fee.

Once a design agreement is made, we then recommend fabric options that will work best for the desired look.  Your measurements will be taken and we will begin to source fabrics from our suppliers where sample photos or swatches will be provided for your review and final selection.   

Scheduling:

It typically takes 4-6 weeks to construct a garment from concept to creation; however, we ask that you contact us to determine availability.  To ensure necessary undivided attention is provided to each of our clients, we work by appointment only.

Consultation Fees:

There is a non-refundable consultation fee due at the appointment time for all consultations.

Manufacturing Fees and Cost:

Based on the fabric(s) chosen, the details of the design, and body measurements, pricing to create your custom look will be provided.  The cost of all materials needed to construct the garment will be collected up front as the deposit amount.  Upon receipt of deposit monies, materials will be ordered from our suppliers for shipping.  Fees charged to create the look are due for payment at the time of pick up.

Fittings:

You will be contacted to schedule the initial fitting once the fabrics arrive.  Additional fittings will be determined and scheduled upon completion of the initial fitting and garment due date. During all fittings, it is imperative that you bring or wear the shoes and/or undergarment foundations you plan to wear with the garment as we will use this opportunity to customize your look and fitting to your physique. 

Changes to the Design:

Any changes to the design must be communicated to the designer during the initial fitting.  Changes requested after the initial fitting may be subject to additional costs and/or fees.
